Five Main Sources

In the modern day, there are hundreds, even thousands of sources to inherit news and information from. Personally, I prefer to stick with the simplest and easiest to access sources, but I do not always find this information to be 100% accurate. My main source of news and information is Snapchat, mainly the "Discover" section of the app. This section is intended for quick, relevant, and recent information about the world, which could include NBA Finals ticket prices or a newly discovered at-home science project. I would recommend this source of information for people that want to learn something new or catch up in the sports industry. (https://learn.g2.com/snapchat-discover)

Another source of information is the New York Times. This source, in my opinion, is one of the most trusted and influential sources in the entire nation. Its articles tend to lean towards the left side, meaning that not everyone will have sharing opinions about the New York Times as I do. The New York Times is the national leader in business, politics, and culture coverage media across the country. I would recommend this source of information for people that tend to lean towards the left side in their political views and prefer an old-school style magazine. (https://www.nytimes.com)

The BBC might come as a surprise for many people, especially in the United States. However, the BBC is the standard source for recent news using broadcast radio and TV journalism across the globe. The BBC is known for including lots of creative energy that other media sources do not provide. I would recommend this source of information and news for people that want to learn more about what is happening around the world, considering the BBC is based out of the United Kingdom. "The Economist" is another source of media that I tend to find myself looking at more often than others. This British media source might also come as a surprise for some people, but I tend to retrieve information from it because of the factual accuracy of what is happening every week in the entire world. I would recommend this source of media, also for people that are searching for sources that cover the most important news from around the globe, especially because of its factual accuracy. The fifth media source that I use most often is called "The Atlantic," which is a source based in Washington DC and provides rigorous material from the point of view from the nation's capital. Most of the authors for "The Atlantic" are top journalists who write extensive features as well as some analysis on some topics. This source is also very trusted for factual information from fact-checking peers around the nation. I would recommend this media source for people who are looking for information from the standpoint of the capital of the United States. (https://www.theatlantic.com)
